What is Policy Mandate?
Policy Mandate (Agent Purchase Protocol) is Google's open agent authorization standard (announced September 2025). Exporting your results as a Policy Mandate (JSON) file lets an AI agent carry your CPD scenario — profession, credits earned, deadline, gap — into a downstream tool like the Human Capital Engine (AL-03) without re-entering data.
The file contains no personal data — only the credential type, credit counts, and computed gap metrics you chose to calculate.
