What it is

ApexLogics is a suite of rule-based, browser-native tools for making high-stakes career and education decisions. Each tool runs entirely in your browser — no accounts, no servers, no data transmission. Inputs disappear when you close the tab.

Every tool is deterministic: given the same inputs, you get the same outputs. There's no ML inference, no probabilistic weighting, no black box. Calculations are based on versioned BLS, IRS, and federal regulatory data, with a vintage banner on each tool so you know exactly what you're computing against.

All 88 tools ship with a Policy Mandate export — a structured JSON mandate that lets you hand your scenario state off to the next tool in a workflow without retyping. The 19 multi-tool workflows chain 4–6 tools together into end-to-end decision journeys.

Who built it

ApexLogics is designed and maintained by Apex Advisors, an edtech and careertech consultancy. We work with institutions, workforce boards, and platforms looking to embed or extend tools like these.

The fintech companion suite — AINumbers.co — is built on the same privacy-first, zero-PII architecture and covers personal finance, tax, and investment decision tools.
