Paste a batch of decision outcomes and this page returns approval, denial, and overturn rates as integer basis points plus a mean decision time scaled by 100, then stamps the pack with a reproducible hash. Nothing is rounded away before hashing, so a reviewer can recompute every rate from the same batch. This page aggregates numbers only; it gives no medical advice.
