Enter the identifying fields of a payment instruction and this tool checks each one against its published structural rule, including the IBAN check digits, then binds the result and the message into a single lineage key. Re-running the same fields reproduces the same findings and the same hash, so a message that passed can be shown to have passed against a stated rule set.
