Cross-Border eID Acceptance

A relying party facing a foreign identity has two questions: is the assurance level high enough, and is the attribute set complete enough. Enter the level asserted, the level your service requires, and the attributes the credential carries, and this tool decides acceptance against both and stamps the decision. Re-running the same credential reproduces the same decision and the same hash.
