Electronic Bill of Lading
Title Transfer

Enter the issuer of the bill and up to three transfer legs, each a from holder, a to holder, and the day the leg happened. This tool checks that custody passes hand to hand with no gap, that the legs land in date order, and it derives a single current holder from that chain rather than asking you to assert one. Two parties cannot both hold the same instrument when title only moves through an unbroken, ordered lineage like this.
